Our Show Teams are the perfect introduction to All Star cheerleading! This program offers two half-season options to fit your family’s schedule. Athletes on our Show Teams learn the foundational skills of cheerleading in a fun, supportive environment and have the opportunity to showcase their routines at local events.

PREP TEAMS

Our full-year Prep Teams are an exciting next step for athletes looking to grow their skills and experience a higher level of competition. These teams are structured by age and ability to provide the right challenge for each athlete. Prep athletes begin to deepen their understanding of cheerleading techniques and perform at competitions throughout the tri-state area.

elite TeamS

Our Elite Teams are designed for dedicated athletes who are passionate about taking their cheerleading to the highest level. These athletes understand the importance of teamwork and accountability, and they consistently push themselves in rigorous practices. Elite athletes perform advanced, highly competitive routines at local, regional, and national events, striving for excellence both individually and as a team.
